This work was performed while Akshay was an Architect with Forethought Design Consultants. Akshay assisted in schematic design, design development, construction documents & construction administration phases. The design includes landscape development around residential building and a schematic architectural design of clubhouse area. The boundary wall was designed using marble fins. Akshay assisted in conceptual design, design development, and construction drawings. This project received several awards from the Builders Association of India, Architects, Engineers & Surveyors Association & Artist in Concrete Award.
