Resort in Papagayo, Costa Rica

The site is unique in the region and has great ocean views. The site has steep slopes and it is divided into two parcels. Akshay worked as the project manager and lead the conceptual design, schematic design phases, plan refinement, grading studies to reduce cut and fill on the site. The proposed master plan maintains views toward the ocean while preserving existing vegetation on site. The plant material and landscape features were carefully chosen based on medicinal values and ecological sensitivity.
